Rated 2 out of 5 by from What a pain! Pick up where I left off DID NOT go back to where I left off - it made me answer a lot of questions again. Plus, I had to dig around to find where to put in estimated tax payments. I think it was worse than last year. What a pain!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but more confusing than it should be Have used TT for many years. It does not get easier to use. Parts of it are in fact better. But it SEEMS to contradict itself. I had to file an emended return for Fed and St this year and is was very confusing as to which forms to file and whether it even filed my State return electronically or not! good Grief TT ... why can't you make this process straightforward? The State part of the whole things is rough.

I'm a 22 years Turbo user and your improving's are hard to understand, you know what you are doing but we your customers are not wits like you .Getting access to a human being for a query and/or a problem is very difficult to getting one and when reach ones is difficult to understand due to telephone connection such as echoes, volume, etc. I being fortunate to find one to communicate after going through disconnections.
