Rated 5 out of 5 by from the system works well and the experts are the best I feel confident to use Turbotax and the live expert I had, Elaine Palmer, was supper knowledgeable in this field and very friendly and people person. I would love to see her every year when I do my tax in Turbotax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is WAY too complicated now! We have been using Turbo Tax since 2013 and loved it until this year. Wish it was still simple to use! We will be going a different route next year for sure! Prices are too high now. Asking the same questions over and over. I believe Turbo Tax has access to prior returns to help the customer more. In short we are very disappointed this year.
