Rated 2 out of 5 by from Costly Although I continue to use year after year, the price to do so continues to go up. The process remains relatively the same (and somewhat simple) so I dont understand why the cost of it continues to rise. I also dont appreciate how they've set up the site to attempt to trick you into paying for "upgrades". If you accidentally select an upgrade and wish to change it they make it difficult to navigate back to where you can select a different option.

I was having a lot of issues understanding things since I have cognitive issues caused by being on the ventilator with Covid in April 2020. Hannah was ever so kind to not move very fast so I could keep up with her. She was so kind and just a breath of fresh air in this society of ours. He kindness brought me to tears. She was an angel!

Saves me a ton of time with e-file for Federal and State returns (wish I didn't have to pay extra for state e-file though) but it's worth every penny!
