I have had major neck and back surgery from working myself into the ground my whole life (never been without a job). This area should be addressed more thoroughly from the beginning. One simple question, "are you disabled" in the very beginning would be a great assistance in filling throughout the process.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You're slipping I began using Turbo Tax because it was more straight forward and easier to use than your competitors but have notice in recent years that it has become more and more difficult to use. This years version was the worse for navigation in the system. I hope next years will be better or I may have to reconsider.
