Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great process, easy to follow The filling of the document has improved a lot, but, when I found out that it wasn't compatible with windows 7, had to panic and upgrade my old computer. That was a hassle to upgrade it, it should have told it up at the front of the package to inform the public

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees I hate in the end it forces individuals to have a deluxe package when it didn't change my refund nor did it put in the info, everything was put in by myself; its only saving your info for future tax claims and that is not worth 150. extra 40 because it's coming from your federal instead of paying up front. Only reason why I did turbotax is because HR&block is down and taxes are due today. Never again.

I had no issues and filing was a snap this year. I did not worry if all the information was correct. Five stars this year.
