Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax I have used Turbo Tax for years. This is now year 8 that I have used online. It is so easy. And they walk you thru every step. My daughter used it for the first time this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Long Time Turbo Tax User I have been using TurboTax for the past 4 years. I have never had a problem, received my returns relatively fast, and it is always an easy process. However, throughout the years TurboTax continuously raises their prices. I have to use the self-employed software since I do door dash on the side, and every year the price goes up $10 to $20 which is very frustrating. If it continues so increase, I will have to start doing business elsewhere. Alos TurboTax constantly asks if I want to upgrade my tax software election, I keep saying no but it never fails to ask me 3 more times while trying to do my taxes. I feel like Turbo Tax is trying to get me to spend more money every year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so easy to use! I've used TurboTax for the last 7+ years, and ever year I have had the easiest time doing my taxes. It guides you step-by-step on what to look for, things you may have normally missed. But what I like is that if I'm unsure of a question, there's help always available to explain what I'm looking for. I will continue to use TurboTax to file my taxes, and recommend it to others!
