Advertised free, but keeps pushing for feeLast season was not able to e-file and without explanation. I don't like when free is advertised yet constantly pushing products to make money. Don't hide behind the free tag if that option is a poor way to file taxes, but be up front that you are trying to make money. That is why I wont recommend it despite using the software for 8 years, but this will probably be my last.

Turbo Tax is Awesome!I have used Turbo Tax for many years....it is such a time saver! I have a complicated return, and this makes it much easier. Also, I had to text w a support person, and he was very helpful!
