Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 not meeting expectations First off I buy the premier and it doesnt import my prior years tax return as its stating I need to download the 2019 turbo tax even though I have saved PDF of my last years taxes as I'm working on new computer. Second, when I finish and want to efile, federal was fine but the state was NOT working even when I selected to pay with credit card. Window came up saying it had to save my return and then had a new window saying it would take me to secure site to set-up but when I hit the Continue button nothing would happen, no error message or nothing. Horrible. Dont understand why Intuit cant include the state efile as well as part of the premier service, before I recall this was covered. Not very happy and have been using for many years but I think it is time to move on to something different. Not considering using Turbo Tax in future unless I hear Intuit has improved their bugs, issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax forgets me about every 2 to 3 years I have used Turbotax for more than 10 years now. But you forget me and I have to re-signup again and again. I have not changed my name or SS#, but you cannot seem to make the connection from year to year. This year I purchased and downloaded the software, but when I got ready to do my taxes (admittedly, last day) TT didn't know me and would not acknowledge that I already had the software so I had to pay AGAIN using the online filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is absolutely fantastic! Turbo Tax is so fantastic, it walks you through the entire process so it's almost fun. (until it's time to pay!) I feel like I learn a lot too, taking advantage of many handy explanations that are available in the side bar. I called 3 times and got expert advice, and my TurboTax advisers were knowledgable and gracious to work with. I learned so much information about the details for our rental properties and investment income. Turbo Tax has become a solid asset in our financial toolbox.
