Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product with a few flaws Great to use. The interest expense section with multiple 1098s need serious overhaul. Took me hours to figure out what to do and in the end I had to modify my 1098s. This shouldnt have to happen!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less fine print. Consistent Live Expert. This was not what I expected from the experience. Lisa, the first Live Expert assigned to my account, did not disclose that she would be available for a limited time and I didn't see that anywhere on the TurboTax site to be informed ahead of starting my account. If I had known I was not going to have the same person working on my return through the date of my extension, I would have gone back to my usual tax expert. I used Turbo Tax to save money but it cost me time and was frustrating. Until TurboTax can provide a tax expert who will work on a client's return until it is submitted to the IRS, this is not a great option for someone with a more complicated return or anyone self-employed with multiple sources of income. My return was started and not finished and passed to multiple people in the middle of the work which was unprofessional and inefficient. I also heard you don't even get the same person the next year which is another pain point. It's better to pay the rate of a person you know than to use this service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best! I've used Turbo Tax for years and it has always been accurate and easy to follow. I've never had even one issue. Refunds come quickly and any incurred fees do not have to be paid up front.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Worst Year I started my taxes in March 2021, my taxes were rejected do to 2019 Tax Information and I have contacted Turbo Tax several times and all they managed to do is charge me $150.00 for me too do the digging myself. If I had known that I wasn't going to get any other help I would have done them myself and SAVED $150.00. Missing Tax information that IRS required had been filed with you and I was unable to access my information, however I was still charged a $150.00 Fee.
