Gathering all relevant information ahead of time is almost mandatory. Note 1: When you click on help, the cursor does NOT position into the search field. Note 2: The 'Back' button often changes position so you have to look at the screen to see where it might have moved. Error: During review, it flagged an error incorrectly. I am retired and my spouse is self-employed yet it insisted that I fill in information about MY employment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I have used Turbo Tax relatively issue free for almost 20 years which make this year's experience all the more frustrating. The step by step guidance repeated froze and simply would not open on certain screens. I had to result to using the form view for some of my entries which is very confusing. Never again Turbo Tax!
