Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax I was not pleased with TurboTax overall this year caused me alot of money and anxiety. I believe if they would have provided the right the agent to begin with I want be getting evicted at this moment. I take blame for my decisions but this return was not my decision to file late when I attempted to file on time. Many agents gave up on my return and prolonged this to the very end.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NA in the expenses heading the return has item identifed that would be deducteable in multiple or confussing cattagorie for example legal licensing could be identifed as either dues or licensing fee the bar call them dues you call the a licnsee where do you deduct bad debt or refunds?

I had gotten married, moved, changed my name, e-mail and also was trying to combine last year information to this year. Sherman was my hero that day. He had a wonderful attitude and was quickly able to help me accomplish everything. He should get a star, or bonus, or even be allowed to accept tips. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service provided It was my first time using Turbo Tax. My adult son has filed using it and told me that he felt that even I could do it. Well I did, but some help was required and the representative was extremely helpful, walking and talking me through all of my questions and even pointed out options that I had not figured out. Her patience was immense and my gratitude even more immense. I will definitely use Turbo Tax again.
