Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit less cool than other years. I did get my taxes done which was satisfying. The customer support lady I talked to (Sarah) was awesome. Before we got cut off, she was super sweet and personable. We didn't quite finish, but then I went back in and figured out how to take off some of the charges for my return. Gosh, call me old-fashioned, I thought I would be able to file for free as per always. I do like that TT connects with my documents. That's convenient. When I was charged, I thought it must be a mistake. Oh well. It wasn't. Other than that, I like how turbo tax is set up. It would be awesome to get more of a variety of emoji that express the diversity of folks who are doing their taxes. Make me laugh!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor results with Turbortax this year My return was rejected numerous times because of a missing date error on the Schedule 8812 so I had to mail my return in to get my refund.
