Rated 1 out of 5 by from Using TT Full Service was like pulling teeth Trying to get in touch with a TurboTax CPA was an absolutely miserable experience. After two weeks, a half dozen calls with various TurboTax representatives, and countless hours on hold, I've finally found someone to work on my taxes. The first 5 reps said all of my documents were set, and that they had a CPA on the line, and then put me on infinite hold. I finally called Intuit myself and connected with a CPA by total accident. Thankfully, the CPA was able to assign themselves to my case and file my taxes. To think, I paid $350 for this. I stopped using TurboTax in 2019 when they started charging for basic filing, and I could not be more frustrated coming back to TT now and trying to use the live service. If I didn't know better, they are actively making their product as frustrating as possible so that I will put in the effort to find a local accountant instead.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating TT makes it difficult to enter the refund and estimated tax payments you want. TT constantly enters what it wants. This may be fine for someone with little or no previous tax prep experience, but for those who have spent years in this industry TT is a frustrating exercise in preparing the return we want to submit.

What would normally drive my anxiety off the roof is no longer a problem for me since Ive used your services. You make the tedious tax process super user friendly for me and I appreciate you always making it better! Until next year!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy LLC + Joint File Definitely went the best this year! Ms. Kochu was a great help. Even though I had to get an extension we got it done and turned around in less than 24 hours. Could not ask for anything better.
