Being able to talk with a person and without having to go out of your way to an office!--makes the experience bearable, indeed pleasant--at least it was with my expert! One area for improvement is the submission of documents: I had problems submitting photos of required docs and the process required one too many steps--issues I did not have when I tried to upload photos in the non full service TurboTax.
