I ended up having to print my returns but TurboTax provided NO information where I was supposed to send them. I need a COMPLETE tax solution, not just something that gets me 99% of the way there

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Last 2 years I have had the same issue When filing federal I am always asked for last years AGI... The newest versions of Turbo Tax will not open the previous years versions. This is so inconvenient and this year had me thinking of what other programs I can use that allow me to open a previous years taxes without jumping through hoops. Please fix this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use software! I'm a long time user. This year my situation is different. I work in one state and pay state taxes in the other, and they are not reciprocal states. I wish the questions for this situation were "dummy proof". I also end up paying double state taxes and had to do some google searches to find out what I should do.
