Rated 1 out of 5 by from Easy to use but IT'S NOT FREE If you try to use the free version, they'll let you go through the whole process telling you they'll file and take care of everything for free but the second to last step they FORCE you to spend at least $60 or you can't file. A program that advertised itself to be free ended up charging me $150, I am not happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Saved my bacon! Turbo Tax saved my bacon! Easy to use and from the comfort of my home... It does a good job of explaining on the question hyperlinks but some of the verbiage needs to be written with the understanding that the person on the other end is a layman with that being said i had a professional review my return and she answered my questions to my satisfaction! I would and do recommend Turbo tax to others! Thank you Turbo Tax!
