Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! I have not always used TurboTax, and boy that was a mistake. TurboTax is the easiest and most reliable program to use especially if you are not a tax professional. Love this program!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Is confusing TurboTax is way more confusing than it comes across as. It says free but then you need to pay for $50 upgrades or you can’t continue using the service. Then it says it knows all the info from last year and it doesn’t ask me to verify things like AGI. Apparently it was $300 off. Now my return keeps getting rejected even though I keep re-filing by e-file with the correct number. Either I’m getting a bunch of false notification emails or the incorrect number is being resubmitted. I’m being told that the original number is what is getting rejected, not the correct new number I found from my IRS return receipt. I’m incredibly confused and frustrated with this service. I was already charged $113 to use it but can’t even submit my return correctly.

When I went back into the program, it appears it wasn't submitted, but I don't know for sure. If they were, then I submitted them again tonight. I hope I don't get fined because I am late if i didn't
