Rated 5 out of 5 by from fab ! i always use it ! i own a small business outside of my corporate job and always use turbo tax live to make sure I'm doing things right. It gives me great peace of mind! The experts have always been so fun and good to chat with - plus they know their stuff. highly recommend using live and doing the taxes yourself. I swear by it!

However TurboTax has an EXTREMELY long and cumbersome finishing process once you have entered all your tax data. It took me 40 minutes just to complete all the finishing work (auditing, continued questions, address info, phone info, banking info, credit card info, setting up an intuit account, making payment, codes sent by email, codes sent by phone, and MORE!). This 40 minutes caused me to miss the filing deadline, as TurboTax will not e-file your return until you have gone through all this clean up. Quite maddening when you trying to beat a deadline.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from QB On-line to TurboTax - Must Have The experience was great. I would have given it a 5 if the QB migration did not have to come from the desktop. I'm loving the on-line QB version and wished it integrated better sine it part of the Intuit family.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax vs. 529 Distributions & Form 1099Q Judging from the online comments, we are not alone - after two years of struggling through this, it is clear that TT's logic is designed to steer the user into unwittingly declare additional taxable income from 529 distributions. If your 529 distributions were used for qualified expenses, it is much easier to not acknowledge the 1099Q in the first place than to fight your way out of it after the fact.
