Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best at simplifying taxes I've used TurboTax now for over 7 years and it really simplifies filing taxes. Their forms ask questions in a simple way and it's easy to follow. Their new Live Help feature is extra helpful as I had a question about my return before filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax with an expert is worth it I usually do taxes with Turbo Tax on my own but now was just unsure whether I was doing them correctly now, with all the changes, claiming two kids, as well as having self-employed income and crypto investments. The hardest part was collecting and digitizing all my files. After that, easy-peasy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stress free I am completely satisfied with my experience with Turbo Tax. I have used them for the last 3 or 4 years. If you can take pictures and answer questions, you can use Turbo Tax. No worrying about, uggh I hope I didn’t mess something up, or forget to report something. You can check the status of your return on the app. Quick and easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a Great Tool Using TurboTax is so easy. Brought in info from last years return and asked all the pertinent questions. Got everything right cause I had a CPA friend check it and said it was just right. Good Job TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good For First Timer A little confusing but not too bad for someone doing electronic return for the first time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax performs poorly Entering data was good, but it would do the e-file. I couldn't get anyone to talk to. The IRS was saying stuff about the AGI and the signature code that I couldn't talk to them either. So I gave up and printed and filed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why did you change second home sale instructions? We sold a second home last year, and TurboTax made it extremely difficult to record the sale proceeds, basis, etc. In a change from 2019, there's now not a specific Q&A for the sale of a second home that was NOT used as a rental property. Instead, we're supposed to enter it using the same worksheet as a STOCK SALE, which seems really shady and an invitation to an IRS audit. WHY was this change made? I spent a lot of time on the TurboTax help pages trying to figure out how to do this, and there's widespread confusion and anger about the change. TurboTax is supposed to make it easier to file taxes. I've used it for about 10 years, and this is the first year that TurboTax made the job frustrating and difficult. And there's no reason for it. Listing a second home sale using the "stock sale" interview process is non-intuitive and again, seems shady.
