Rated 2 out of 5 by from Forced to use Delux I've never had an issue with Turbo Tax until this year, then when I did the deductions part I was forced to upgrade to the deluxe which didn't do anything good for me, just cost me $117. That is very frustrating

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not "free" Constantly tries to get you to upgrade throughout filing and at the end of the process, they make you sign up for the premium account even though, legally, they are supposed to provide the service for free to people making under a certain amount of gross income. It's ridiculous and a waste of money.
