Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax product has deteriorated in the past2yrs It took several tax experts and specialist to finally transfer me to a product person who found the flaw in the system. I have used T.T. for many years and will not next year as this has been a nightmare. I kept asking to be transferred to a manager or someone else, finally the last specialist realized that I had been on the phone for over 4 hours with sevaral people and transferred to someone who knew where the issues was. it took me over 4 hours to get to the right person who knew anything. Your product has deteriorated in the years whereas it is not user friendly and has too many flaws.

This year I added the Live Premier option to assist with something that I was having trouble with. Their live professional (Maryanne) was both patient and very helpful. Great Service!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to navigate Appreciated the expertise of the tax expert. As regards the tool, there could be improvement in the UI and communication via text to make the experience seamless. Perhaps it’s on account of security but wondering how that can be seamless and secure
