Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax deluxe was enough for stock investments. I usually use deluxe, this year I used premier because I had more stock related transactions. There is no need to purchase premier for stock sales. Also it was glitchy, skipping items I had entered last year. It did not give me the option to upload my w2, I had to enter it manually. Pick your game up turbotax or I will try a competitor next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Fabulous! It's my first time using Turbotax to self-prepare my tax refund. It's very user friendly. The directions and steps are clear. We all know preparing the tax return can be dull, but I like how those inter-step lines encourage me to keep going and finish up the filing. Super helpful! I absolutely recommend it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average I have used Turbo Tax in the past, with no problem. This year I chose to E-file and it asked for a credit card. An old credit card came up, that is no longer active. I was on the phone with 5 representatives, and was never able to add a new credit card. I finally signed in as a guest and entered the new credit card. The return came back marked as rejected, reportedly because a bad PIN was entered, but there was no step in the process, where it asked for a PIN. I am very disappointed that it is next to impossible to add a new credit card for billing.
