It’s always accurate, it guides and instructs you so well that a six year old could navigate through it without any issues, they allow you to file for free and in the convenience of your own home, and they update you on your on return.

I was bounced around numerous times and was about to call it quits and go with another provider until Alison picked up my account. I will not be using TurboTax again unless I am able to continue working with Alison! That's a promise!
