Rated 3 out of 5 by from State filing is very challenged Turbo taxes State filing software continues to be challenging. Took me a 1+ hour to figure out a minor issue, that was not determined in general tax questions that are asked in Turbo Tax software. Very difficult to revise. Any human support would of course cost extra $$$s

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 years? I believe this is my 10th year of doing my taxes with TurboTax. That in itself should say it all!! However, I think I should get a punch card now:) Honestly, I don’t know what I would do every year without them! If I need help they’re a button away! A piece of paper can’t do that for you. I started doing our taxes myself when I realized our accountant wasn’t taking all of the deductions for us that he should have! If you want something done right, do it yourself!
