Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service for e-filing state taxes Turbo Tax is absolutely horrible for e-filing state taxes, would not allow me to file state taxes, even after stated that I had one free e-filing for state, but asking for $25.00 to file state. I even tried to enter payment for e-filing state and takes me through a loop over and over again. What a waste of my money. Turbo Tax is absolutely the worst product on the market for e-filing state taxes. I would not ever recommending purchasing this product to anyone else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax, my personal savior from H&R Block The first year I had to pay taxes I made the mistake of going to H&R Block. It cost way more money than I wanted to pay but had to. My refund we sent by mail and took almost 2 months to get both of my checks. With TurboTax I can do them myself, it really is super easy, and the icing on this cake is that I KNOW I will have my money before the end of the month. Thank you for 5 years of hassle free taxes. Sincerely, a very happy and returning customer. See you next tax season!
