Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the only way to go I have been using TurboTax since the very first release, it is fast and easy but I do have one complaint, I have several rental properties and receive a 1099 Misc for few of them, unfortunately the government doesn't send a form for each property, it only sends one form for all of the properties with the total amount, Turbo Tax doesn't give an option to split up the amount between several properties so I have to put the full amount on just one property, can someone at turbotax please fix this problem

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax POOR QUALITY Very disappointing. Please provide a better more robust product. Went to file electronically and on that date learned that the Turbo Tax team for electronically filing was taking off for the rest of tax season. They decided to stop offering electronic filing BEFORE extended due date. Have a good day Turbo tax team. Enjoy the time off. I am off to the post office and looking for postage stamps. I guess the refund will take about two months longer also.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Get's the job down I guess This will be my last year using Turbo Tax. The cost of the program, the filing fees, the refund fee, and the Audit Defense fee... Fee+fee+fee+fee...= cheaper to get it all done by a tax preparer! Less hassle and more piece-of-mind!

I get frustrated when it asks me if I have carryover expenses from the last year, but doesn't show me what they were last year, like it does in so many other places. Also, it takes forever to check , file and get out. So many "Just a few more steps". There used to be a way to tell where you are in the process, so you can jump back to it, but no more. Also, the error-correcting section can be frustrating: showing you an IRS form, with the error somewhere in it. Hard to find. You may end up in an ininite loop trying to correct the error.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from lengthy time at the 'puter but all worth it. It took me awhile, but I THINK I got my taxes filed. I was finally able to print out my returns, but it was a challenge.
