Thorough process but app speed often chokesAs usual, TT provides a thorough interview. The app code seems very old as I often get a spinning beach ball due to in my estimation poorly coded software. I get the feeling Intuit is being cheap when they need to rewrite the app in modern code.

Turbotax service is terrible!Services are so bad. I have been using Intuit Tubotax for more than 15 years. I am considering to switch now.

was good until final ID checklist from IRSProduct itself is user-friendly until the end when IRS seeks to verify ID and asks for information from 2019 tax return? who has that at their disposal? not I. Then the system could not use my mobile telephone (for some reason?) so I had to file by mail. Ugh.
