At first it was a little rocky but TT stood behind their product and not only assigned me a new professional, but issued a discount code to make up for the rough start. I would whole heartily recommend their service based on my many years experience with the company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Huge Destressor A big thank you to Bethanie for helping me through my more complex that usual taxes and easing my stress that I was filing late. We were on the phone for a couple hours but I was put at ease because of her knowledge, especially with Crypto! I have used TurboTax on my own for years and Im glad I was able to upgrade to full service this year because I was very lost and anxious doing it on my own due to added tax situations and crypto.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slight Glitch but it all worked out I needed to file my 2019 taxes late (2022). Since you can no longer use TurboTax Online I paid and downloaded the software version. I got more than halfway through completing them and the program crashed. When I attempted to reload it the program never reopened on my Mac Desktop computer. I started over on my laptop and was able to complete them, but that was frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10+ years and counting! I have been using Turbo tax for over 10 years! This was the year of “first” although I’ve been a long time customer. It was my first year using Turbo Tax live, first year filing as self employed and first year filing with an extension! Everyone who assisted made the process smooth and amazing! I received help with any question I asked with quick, knowledgeable answers! I highly recommend.
