Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible-- does it get worse every year or what? TurboTax has a monopoly on filing taxes, yet can't fix years long bugs? Always sneaking in extra fees, makes it impossible to drop a "suggested" $44 offer. When I contact support, they give me a discount code that lowers it slightly.. then guess what? Taxes get rejected, and when I refile, guess what I have to pay? The full amount.. no discount offered the second time on a service that I DON'T WANT and CAN'T remove. Abysmal. Trash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Efficient I was overseas when I had to file my tax return but was rejected multiple times due to not having a certain document. Turbo tax was efficient in making sure that document was provided for final return. In short, when I initially filed I was to get an $8 return; however, after being strict and efficient with needed document (which I could not retrieve until I was state-side) my new return is $8K+. What a HUMONGOUS difference and stress relief. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't get sucked in!!! They do not bother to make any improvements or even fix their glitches. Save your time and money and go with another program!! Just look at how many "Frustrated" nicknames there are and they still do NOTHING to improve.
