Rated 5 out of 5 by from Download Is Great Cloud Is Nightmare Whenever using cloud I get logged out every 3 minutes if not more, it confuses business with personal, there's never any support online, it's hard to just do your taxes. Desktop works great for many years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year was horrible for TurboTax!!! After adding my 1095-A, made me file premium TurboTax for $59.00. The addition of my 1095-A subtracted $1.00 from my owed taxes, making me have to add $59.00 upgrade to TurboTax. Then a questionable addition of & 39.00 to pay the $1.00 I owed for the 1095-A report on my taxes. I wasn't able to cancel and just pay that $1.00 charge, instead of the $39.00 fee to pay the remaining $1.00 charge. Looking elsewhere for next year taxes. I earned $13,000 this year, only to pay about $100.00 to Turbotax/ Intuit!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced, clunky, poor online support. Was not satisfied w/ TurboTax Business/Corporate. Not sure why they make you download the CD/PC version and you can't upload everything online. Forms are hard to follow and explanations aren't that useful/helpful, fairly inconsistent.
