Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good Overall good product and works well for my situation. My needs are not that complicated. However, when you make charity entries when you finish the individual charity and go back to the main charity page it is no longer in alphabetical order. You click the top to put the list back in alphabetical order but, again, after the next entry it goes back to some random order. I have noted this every year. Annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using Turbo Tax Since 1995 I have been using Turbo Tax since 1995 to do my personal, business and rental property taxes. You don't have to be a tax accountant. The easy menu driven questions guide your through all the steps. I have successfully completed my taxes every year with confidence. Never been audited but always buy audit defense insurance just in case.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible IT Support - Buggy - No Customer CAre Bug in the system preventing an efile of a state return. Customer Service doesn't know how to fix and no escalation. The system didn't catch the error until after I paid for filing and I couldn't get my refund b/c they don't ensure quality of their online product. Well that's a new one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest way to file your taxes TurboTax walks you through everything. I love the import features from financial accounts and Social Security. It has been a while but it has improved year over year. They make it easy with e-filing and have added a nice feature to split your refund between multiple accounts. Will continue to use TurboTax.
