Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but over pirced I started with the "Free" option because I have simple taxes, but it said I had to go deluxe, then kept upping the price. I think there should be a price you know up front. They shouldn't keep jacking the price once you have put in the time and effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Investors I did my 81-year-old mother's taxes. She has lots of investments with dividends, interest, and capital gains. I didn't think I would be able to do it with online software. It was SOOO easy!!!!

It would be nice to ask if the 1099-R is for military retirement and then automatically apply the Virginia State reduction in taxable military retirement income. Quick search on Google showed how to do that manually in turbo tax this year!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from words to hard to read. blue to small even enlarged Not as good has in the past, some things not clear. When paying and using a credit card wouldn't work had to call for code very hard. Not please this year, used for many years, not sure next year.

Aside of saving money and time, it's extremely easy to use, and there are other options to purchase "help" with filing if needed. The cost even on that is still cheaper than going to a person who is going to charge $80+ for spending about 15 minutes with you.
