Rated 3 out of 5 by from It frustrated me way to many times today. I do not like that you try to trick(convince) your customers to upgrade constantly. It is super annoying. Also, the amount you want to charge to have your fees paid out of a person's return is shameful. I have used Turbo Tax for about 20 years for both of my children, my husband, and myself, but the past few years have made me rethink using you in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I no longer need Turbotax. Turbotax held my taxes hostage. I could not e-file because I kept getting an error message that 8915-F has not been finalized. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with a representative who kept trying to blame the IRS on the issue when it was there software that was the issue. I requested a refund, over 5-7 days later still nothing. I called the IRS, which confirmed that I did not need said form. I called Turbox tax back and one rep was helping me and we were getting somewhere but then the call dropped. She didn't call me back. I tried to call turbotax back, while on hold I figured out what forms to delete and was able to fix the issue myself by figuring out which forms to delete. I should get my money back. After using turbotax for over 15 years, this is enough to walk away. I am utterly disgusted with the bad information their representative gave me and argued with me for 2 hours just to tell me my only option is to request a refund. Which I did, but never got a response back from turbotax after more than 5-7 business days from my email confirmation that the refund request was received. At best, I should get all my money back, and at least half since I had to figure out how to undo their software issue surrounding the 8915-F.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gret until I tried to pay for state return filing Turbo tax was easy and did all my calculations without difficulty as well as doing my downloads of complicated financials. Only problem came when I tried to pay for the state tax return when I had to shrink the font on my computer to get the whole screen which caused a glitch. Oh well, all that ends well...
