Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor customer service I've filed several tax returns this week. I tried to file my last return and could not get the system to let me pay for the NM return. The system wanted a new password. When I tried to reset the password the system said, "Hmmm...we have a problem. I called customer service and was on the line for 10 minutes. The lady was polite but could not figure out how to get into my account. She suggested that I download the software to another device. Crazy!! I'm on a MacBookAir. Some of her questions sounded to me that she was not well trained not understood the basics of TurboTax. After five attempts I was able to complete the process....with NO help from the customer service rep

But as a woman and two-business owner, I want to expand my financial literacy and understand all that goes into my taxes. TurboTax makes the process so intuitive, gentle, and guiding. I appreciate all the tips and education, and the graphics that bring me joy during tax filing.
