Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is ok. Communication via computer text needs work. Unable to scroll down to answer query from Turbo Tax help. Instructions regarding depreciation needs more work. Instruction said to enter 0 (zero) which I did Turbo Tax said error so I entered 0.00 same Turbo Tax result. Tried to communicate via live chat, no positive result. Searched for a phone number finally got a live person who had problems fixing Turbo Tax issue, after several attempts positive result. Turbo Tax showed a 0 (zero) in the problem space which i had entered per Turbo Tax instructions and FAILED Instructions should have indicated a BLANK SPACE!!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive If I'm doing all of my taxes myself, but this robot of a computer enters the data for me, why are the services more than 30 dollars? I just don't understand with millions of struggling Americans and then they want to fill out their taxes and then you come in keep uncharging and upcharinging. Y'all have enough money to sustain this business without having outrageous privces.
