Most of the time the program will prompt me with topics I need to look except for charitable contributions which required some poking around. I had a hard drive failure and lost records from 2019 to 2021, and can't login to recover them or update anything. Fortunately I have printed copies. Intuit and Intuit Support can't find my email address or phone number which has been the same for 20 years. Very frustrating. into further, e
