Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very intuitive and comprehensive platform Since we own a small farm, doing our taxes is always a scary experience. TurboTax made it a lot easier to fill out the right information in the right places, compared to a competing platform I'd been using for years. It was well worth the effort. My only criticism is that I feel like TurboTax put a little too much effort into gamifying the experience. The whole "Racing game" conceit is cute, but it was honestly more distracting and (to me, as an avid gamer) pointless. I understand some of the reasoning behind it - doing taxes is never fun, so anything we can do to make it fun will encourage people to stay on top of them (and use our product!). But I would have preferred a more straightforward "get it done" experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like it much better last year. Why did I have to start a whole new account with some bank in Santa Barbara? Why not just to my bank? If that was an option it wasn't. Me and Turbo Tax are parting ways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax did a great job but level problems I was pleased with TurboTax. I was able to resolve most questions without a phone call. However, I was not able to switch to Premier and will be asking for a refund.
