No way to reject the upgradeI like how easy Turbotax is to use, but I absolutely hate that I am forced to upgrade with no ability to deny the fee.

filing my taxes was made very easy using turbo taxAfter I wasn't successful using the live chat feature, my fault. I made an appointment to speak with an expert. He was VERY patient and answered all my questions and explained why. I understood everything I was doing on my return. I never felt rushed which i really appreciated. I will use this service again

Easy to add chargesI tried to engage with someone about my turbo tax charges but couldn't. Did not want to pay an additional 40 simply to remove the cost from my refund. Just so happened I tried in Feb, then the following day (March) Turbo tax price changed.
