Rated 1 out of 5 by from kinda messed up, man. I tried for about 2hrs to figure out how to use the "free" edition of turbotax, and finally had to call and ask for help. The lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful and helped me out so much, we wound up figuring it out, and she was just such a delight to have help me. I've been using turbotax for years now and have been paying $100+ everytime and not making more than $34k/year. Super messed up that you guys made it so hard to find something that would help out so many people who are hurting so bad, trying to just make ends meet during a pandemic. Your employees really care about your customers and it seems that you don't, since you've made something that would help us out so absolutely hard and confusing to access.

Incredibly misleading and really frustrating for a single mom that lost her job during a pandemic to lose out on $150 extra dollars. I will not use TurboTax again despite having used them my entire adult life. Incredibly frustrating and very disappointed.
