Rated 5 out of 5 by from Confidence with Turbo Tax I have been filing my taxes with Turbo Tax for several years and have seen many improvements/ additions to their services. I like the addition of being able to consult with a live person if needed. I also like that the service presents questions other than the ones required by law. This helps give me confidence that I am not missing anything when I file. I started using Turbo Tax after having a bad experience with another more expensive service. The only reason I used that service was that I felt unsure about using a computerized service by myself. Using Turbo Tax was easy and reassuring even to someone who is not computer savvy. I haven't used any other service since and I recommend it to others looking for a relatively inexpensive way to file their tax returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy Very easy to use. Given I have used it for a few years now when I logged in it showed me being 50% done. Not much changes in my life so I think I was done in less than 10 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! TurboTax has a streamlined system that is simple and handy to use, and I especially appreciate that it's free. Taxes are stressful but TurboTax removes that stress and makes filing taxes easy.
