Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worse every year We have used TT for many years. For the last 3 years in particular, the program has become worse and worse, in ways that make it seem dumbed down. There are so many extra pages and extra features that you have to pass through that it takes twice as long as it should. to complete your return. In particular, the page at the beginning of charitable deductions is horrendous, asking yes/no for every organization you donated to the previous year(s) and not offering a way to bypass to just enter the deductions. Also, it offered to download income data on every screen without a way say NO TO ALL, and then it took several clicks to be able to just enter the numbers. So annoying and time consuming. We will be looking for a new product next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would never use TurboTax Live again Communication is slow. Transparency is non-existent. No ability to monitor progress on the return. Work started in TurboTax is completely discarded when the Tax Expert takes over, causing work to be slowed down when they encounter delays you already resolved before switching to TurboTax Live.

I may not understand a lot of the info, but the information given helps me research and make the correct decision. TT is easy to use , it has all the updates and gives me help through out the filing process. Keep up the good work.
