Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! As usual, Turbo Tax was easy to use. I had only one problem centered on a change in treatment about non-employee compensation. I am an "independent contractor" for a travel agency for which I pay an annual fee to secure my travel agent credentials. The way Turbo Tax's GUI interfaces with the user to construct Schedule C could be made more smooth. Am I the business? What address is it asking for, mine or the agency's. It didn't give me an opportunity to edit the income I entered initially--and it initially double-counted the income number I entered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WISH ONE YEAR WOULD SPEAK TO THE NEXT I love Turbo Tax and no longer use a tax preparer. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last five years. My one disappointment is that one year doesn't "talk" to the following one. If there's a way to do this, please let me know!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT User since years, very happy but K1 has issues Avid user of TTand have always bragged how TT is better than any H&R Block... BUT, this time the K1 input has changed and is not clear in regards to 199A income loss; especially rental. Took me three calls, the second one taking almost two hours. But the last call with Tami after almost 1 hour, we got the issue solved. There are some glitches with the K1 input, ie 199a income that should be improved upon, as well as some other minor K1 stuff. Would otherwise have given 5 stars... Tami was great,, third TT agent to help me,, she deserves the 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple We usually take our taxes into a tax guy, and this year we ran out of time to make an appointment before the deadline. We chose to try turbo tax and it was super easy. I was able to recheck everything a number of times to assure myself we did them correct. I would highly recommend turbo tax.
