Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome experience, Highly recommend!!! I ended up using the full potential of Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes and they did not disappoint. I spoke and texted with Amy in the sites expert section and every time I had a question about my taxes or forms she was there. The response time was bar none... They really have they're act together.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Download and manual entry problems Have used Turbo Tax for 14 yrs. Never so many problems as this year. None of the forms auto downloaded. While hit and miss in the past, there was no option to fill them in manually, the software was caught in a never ending loop.A friend told me about the forms button and had to do each one manually in there. Even then only some of the data stayed and had over 50 errors to fix at the end of the program. Sloppy, sloppy version this year. Do this again in 2022 and we are done w you!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Angel from TurboTax is the best! Angel is such a pro! She made it easy for me to understand the whole tax filing process, and responded quickly to my messages. I’m sure she has a lot of customers which can be overwhelming, but she was super nice and helpful regardless!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great for Federal but SoSo for State I wish those with smaller incomes could efile their state's for free rather than just federal taxes. I already paid extra for the state forms.
