Rated 1 out of 5 by from What the heck I am filing unemployed and you charge me $120 to file due to a 1099-G form which should prove I don't have any money. I end up owing a thousand dollars to the government and then a hundred and twenty to you to top it off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from really a good product Every year I have a problem finding for for RRB 1099, but I searched and searched this year and found it. There needs to be explicit instructions for filing RRR.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made me pay fees Made me upgrade to the paid version because I have an HSA then didn't even ask about me HSA. Then also charged me a $39 fee for God knows what. Won't be using again. Also dont understand why I didn't receive full Child Tax Credit, said we would get to it and never did.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will pay a pro to do my taxes from now on. Questions need to be more concise. Answering some could go either way - like the SSA exempt section. Was referred back no less than 5 times to fill in an advance child tax credit amount. At our ages, there wouldn't be an amount. Worst, is my last year's AGI should have been close to the two years prior and this year's calculation, but was 5 figures lower than this year's with no real changes in our income and deductions. Hope I don't "hear" from the IRS.
