Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax review The service was great and easy. All I had to do was hand over my documents. the price was not so great. For what Turbo Tax is charging, I could have gone to a CPA firm that would assume the liability within their cheaper fee. TurboTax charges extra for that. I probably won't be using TurboTax next year for that reason. the prices keep climbing and are now unreasonable.

I used it through a divorce a few years ago and it walked me through what I needed every step of the way. This last year with Covid, I was concerned because of changes, but everything was just as easy.

With many different changes over the last few years that affect my taxes (new parent, home ownership, job expense, etc), Turbo tax has been a consistent force in helping me to maximize on my state and federal refunds that go along with these new things in my life. It is extremely user friendly and I learn so much while using the site to file my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SO EXPENSIVE my refund was only going to be 120 and i had to pay out 100 for your basic program and my return is now only 20. its ridiculous the cost of your program keeps going up and up every year it seems like.
