Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! The step by step instructions made filing my taxes so easy! I did run into a couple of bumps in the process, but the live tax expert I talked to was so helpful and took the time to help me understand and correct the issues I was having!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live Help on TurboTax is Very Helpful and Reassuri I contacted live help more than once. On all occasions, representative was helpful in more ways than one. Included were finding additional business deductions I had avoided taking because of a fear that doing so would make audit more likely. Such concern was dismissed given all calculations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh. Child deduction issues were confusing, and TurboTax shouldn't try and stop legislation that would let the government do our taxes for us! Beyond that it wasn't too bad.

I had to manually work with many things that should have been easy--parsonage, part-year residence calculations. It is a great Tax preparer for most people; but it just didn't work well for me with those two needs.
