Rated 3 out of 5 by from Basically good but... Very poor customer service. Help site can be useful, or not. Weak on State tax details, especially anything out of the normal like military retired pay. I also had significant issues with e-filing. The program kept saying that it would print out something for me to sign and telling me I should NOT have my name or SSN on the personal worksheets for the two states involved. As I tried to fix (following the program's suggestion and go to the forms involved) I would have to start again at the e-file starting point for each form and answer all the q's again. Finally, something allowed it to e-file. I think there may be some programming problem but there is no way to check or talk to anyone to discuss. Also, KY state details are a mess for military retired pay. I had to go to the forms and work through using info I had discovered from other sources to get it right. Involved 740 NP, 740 NP Page 4, Schedule P, etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's not great - poor value For the amount of money you have to pay, the overall experience is pretty bad. Beware, the cost you have to pay may not include include filing fees. This is not always clear.
