Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got the job done on a difficult return Pros: * Mostly easy to follow, especially if you have a simple return * Great live help (with the upgraded package). I spent 2 1/2 hours with someone who helped me get everything right. Well worth the additional cost. * Great early bird special so the price was especially right the max packages. Cons: * You can't see how your data is being used, which forms are being used, etc. until after you finalize and pay. This made finding the error I was encountering very difficult. Even the person helping me couldn't see them.

I was very fortunate to have Miroslava as my guide as her knowledge and assistance were invaluable in guiding me through this process. She made it seem effortless and knew exactly what I needed to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from they said i was self employed but i am not selfemp I was not self employed, and could not change the status and was charged for this status. Charged for filing simple tax forms $124.00. I hope I never use this turbo tax form again. Talked with an agent and they could not accomodate me in filing my taxes.
