Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is GREAT I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has always been easy. Given I would have to do all the prep work to use a tac return preparer it just as simple to do it in Turbo Tax and save myself over $1K in fees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So User Friendly! This is the first year that my husband and I chose to do our own taxes, compared to years past in using an accountant. Even with having a rental property in addition to our own home and tax needs, using TurboTax was so user friendly and easy to work through. I especially found the search function to be easy to use and supportive. We are very pleased and will use this process in the future!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs more work The 2021 version of Turbotax needs more work! My state return got rejected even though Turbotax did not find any errors. There are entries that should be filled during the easy step process, and not afterwards when the software finds missing entries, which requires locating the initial form and scrolling down to the line that needs to be completed.

Let me file for rental income, depreciation, sales of property, retirement income, and investment income/capital gains/interest/dividends, all without worry that I did not enter it correctly or missed any forms. Easy electronic filing and payment!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Free as offered and easy Very Simple to use and quick. I like that it keeps vital info from the year before. Makes it less time consuming. I am frustrated that in February my mom had to pay over 70 bucks to file her taxes using the exact simple form I did. Not fair!! And she didn't owe or get any refunds. Come on Turbo Tax make it free for everyone filing simple!
