Rated 3 out of 5 by from CONFUSING I found the explanations confusing. It was basically easy to follow, but it left me doubting whether I'd done it correctly. I did not understand what type of pension type I have, although on the 1099-R, state tax withheld says EXEMPT, so I'm guessing my pension is not taxable by the state of PA
